Valley Central Presbyterian Church

It is a church belonging to the Korean Presbyterian Church in America.

The Korean Presbyterian Church in America (KPCA) is a denomination formed by Presbyterian believers who immigrated from Korea and formed a community of faith. It is a church that pursues both tradition and reform, inheriting the history of Korean immigration.

We also strive to be a church that shares the sorrows and joys of immigrants. In particular, we are a church that has consistently and steadfastly preached the gospel for the sake of God's kingdom in the Valley region for half a century, fulfilling our role as a beacon of the gospel. Our church dreams of doing everything we can to ensure that God's kingdom becomes more vibrant and present, and that we strengthen it within each community.

Our Church
About Our Church:

Valley Central Presbyterian Church was founded on July 13, 1975. It is a church led by the Word of God, engaged in evangelism and missions, and spreads the gospel and the kingdom of God to lost souls.

Valley Central Presbyterian Church is a community that seeks to work God's sovereignty through the Word and prayer under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Valley Central Presbyterian Church is a community that serves to bring recovery to those who are struggling and have lost hope in the world.

Our Faith
Our beliefs:

We believe that God, the Almighty Creator, created all things according to His appointed time. We also believe that God, through His eternal providence and infinite power, preserves and governs all things even now. Thus we confess and believe in the Apostles' Creed.

We also believe in one God, who exists in three persons, one in essence and nature, and one indivisible being.
We believe in one God, who exists in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who are real, true, and eternally distinct. The Son, Jesus, came to this earth in the flesh and atoned for the sins of the chosen people by being crucified on the cross.

Therefore, through these stages of salvation—calling, regeneration, conversion, faith, justification, adoption, sanctification, perseverance, and glorification—we receive God's complete and perfect salvation. God's providence of salvation is recorded in the Bible, and we believe that the Bible, as the Word of God, is without blemish and perfect.

Our Mission
Our Mission:

Everything is about God! From the governance of nations to the faith of individuals, everything that happens in this world is ultimately under God's sovereignty. Our mission is to spread the kingdom of God.

The Kingdom of God refers to God's reign over all things. We believe that the Holy Spirit diligently extends God's reign to all creation. God's reign is clearly revealed when spiritual conversion and transformation occur. God's reign is evident in all areas—action, life, technology, art, and institutions—where God's will is accomplished.

God has called each of us to participate in the expansion of His kingdom. The entire world is our stage for carrying out our mission to restore God's creation. I wholeheartedly agree with the famous quote by Abraham Kuyper, a Dutch politician and pastor: "In all the realms of the earth, there is not a single inch of land that Christ, the Lord of all, does not call 'Mine.'" We can confess this because Jesus came to usher in the kingdom of God and conquered sin and death. Although sin, corruption, and evil still run rampant in the world, the kingdom of God has already come and is coming.

One day, Jesus will return and perfect his kingdom. Until then, we will pray and work for the coming of God's kingdom.
